That the bid of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck,

a; �'. Y. 2005 Salvage Asphalt Crushing, Contract No. 693, described
E.', in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this

N tpotice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
s he lowest bid received for said work.

f, The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
n approved by this Council .
