RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN

n AMENDMENT TO THE "R-4, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT FOR AN ADDITION TO THE BUILDING AND
N EXPANSION OF THE PARKING LOT AT 3216-3222

WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
s ¢ of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Minor Site Plan Amendment to the
s s C -4, R-P" Planned Residence District for an addition to the
ti;ilding and expansion of the parking lot at 3216-3222
_ -Thistledown, legally described as follows :

H Timothy Ridge Addition Lot 1, all in the City of

N C Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
°' WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site
Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a
blic hearing, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor
Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Minor Site Plan Amendment to the
"R-4, R-P" Planned Residence District for an addition to the
building and expansion of the parking lot at 3216-3222
Thistledown, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2005, and
approved by the Mayor this 23rd day of February, 2005.
