s ¢ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s d -1hit the Agreements dated February 21, 2005, for construction of
0 71z-rossings at E. 4th Street, W. Donald Street, Nevada Street,
