DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
= _that the one-year agreement dated February 21, 2005, to lease the
-parking lot located underneath elevated Highway 218, by and
