RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WARRANTY
DEED FROM R & B ENTERPRISES, LTD. , CORP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Warranty Deed, dated February 21, 2005, from R & B
Enterprises, LTD. , Corp. conveying unto the City of Waterloo,
