s s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

=That the bid of Van Hauen & Associates, Inc. of Clive, Iowa,
in the amount of $982, 000 . 00, for the construction of the F. Y.
200`5 Garden Avenue Area Relief Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 684,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this- Council for said project, after public hearing on published
ru notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the -lowest bid received for said work.

dontract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
