s .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Dimensions of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount$28, 886. 00, for the construction of the Men' s Locker Room
Reifiodel/Lockers, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
bearingon qby
published notice required law, be and is hereby
ac .epted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
oortract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2005 .
