TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that- the Professional Services Agreement dated February 28, 2005,
in _ :bonjunction with F.Y. 2006 Belt Press Addition at Waterloo
v Wastewater Treatment Facility, Contract No. 697, at a cost of
$105; 000 . 00, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
e arid=- the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
c, apprOved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of:the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2005.
