RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS
aection 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet- at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 21st day of March, 2005, for
the apurpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specjf Cations, form of contract and estimate of cost for F. Y.
2005 - idewalk Repair Program - Zone 5, and Trail Repairs,
Contract No. 689, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2005.
