WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
�.. heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
c F.Y, 2005 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 687, in the

- " WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 687, which were
preliminarily approved on February 14, 2005, and
`l ^ �. WHEREAS, a public hearing,
g, upon notice, was held on March 7,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 687, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2005 .
