s WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to' 'prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
cetc , for the 2005 Riverfront Stadium Renovations and
c ,Iz povements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
a Apiliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
`- lie 2005 Riverfront Stadium Renovations and Improvements, which
;were preliminarily approved on February 14, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 7,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATRLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2005 Riverfront Stadium Renovations and
Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2005 .
