EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

C T BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s than the Development Agreement dated March 7, 2005, for property
generally located along San Marnan Drive between Sears and
Pnrey' s Street intersections at the location of the former
Country Kitchen, Great Dragon, and auto repair building for
redevelopment of the site with, a minimum assessment of
$ 142, 610 . 00, by and between Gerald Schoenfelder, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayer authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
'^' Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2005.
