Q rt WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Ineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
` antract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005
Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 688, in the City of
krloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
