RESOLUTION NO. 2005-197
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM LEISURE
SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Leisure Services Department to burn approximately three acres of
prairie grass located in Katoski Greenbelt, north of the shelter
on Ridgeway Avenue in early April 2005, when weather permits, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
