RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
C _ DOCUMENTS, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF THREE DUMP TRUCKS.
< -- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
Said Cityto
prepare proposed bid documents, etc. , for the
s Purchase of Three Dump Trucks, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

c ~ WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary bid documents, etc. , for the Purchase of Three Dump
Trucks, which were preliminarily a pproved on February 28, 2005,

WHEREAS, a public hearingco , upon notice, was held on March
1.47 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid documents, etc. , for the
Purchase of Three Dump Trucks, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
