SWEEPER, IN THE AMOUNT OF $108, 275. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the proposal from EDM Equipment Company of Des Moines,
Iowa, for the purchase of 2004 Street Sweeper, in the amount of
$108, 275 . 00, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest
id received for said equipment .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
