AND IMPROVEMENTS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $99, 900. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

s That the bid of Mike Dolan Concrete and Masonry, Inc. of
0 KateIloo, Iowa, in the amount of $99, 900. 00, for the construction
of the 2005 Riverfront Stadium Renovations and Improvements
deO gibed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project, after public hearingon
c notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the samepublbeing
the -lowest bid received for said work. g

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
ontract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
