RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
- HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF CHRISBRO LLC FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "S-1" SHOPPING DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY
< - GENERALLY LOCATED NEAR THE CORNER OF
` - CROSSROADS BOULEVARD AND BOPP STREET FOR THE s PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A NEW HAMPTON INN AND
`" SUITES, AS MARCH 28, 2005, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN
s THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, . Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28 day of March, 2005, for
the purpose of considering the request of Chrisbro LLC for a site
plan -,amendment to the "S-1" Shopping District for property
generally located near the corner of Crossroads Boulevard and
Bopp Street for the purpose of constructing a new Hampton Inn and
SiO-tes, legally described as follows :
H , That part of Tract XG of Crossroads Plat No. 1 that
-_- lies Southeasterly of a line drawn from a point on the
7-Northeasterly line of said Tract XG that is 251 . 55 feet
Southeasterly of the Northeast corner of said tract,
Southwesterly and perpendicular to said Northeast line
to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of saidTract XG, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
