VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE 40' GREENWAY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED NEAR THE CORNER OF

s . : rogE. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c AS-FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
c stra11 meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
lowa, - at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of March, 2005, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
pot on of the 40' greenway easement generally located near the
corner -of Crossroads Boulevard and Bopp Street and legally
c esrribed as follows:
The existing 40' Greenway Easement along Crossroads
Boulevard in that part of Tract XG of Crossroads Plat
- No-. 1 that lies Southeasterly of a line drawn from a
point on the Northeasterly line of said Tract XG that
is 251 . 55 feet Southeasterly of the Northeast corner of
said tract, Southwesterly and perpendicular to said
Northeast line to its intersection with the
Southwesterly line of said Tract XG, subject to the
city' s retention of a 30' utility easement over, under
and above the above described property, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
