¢ RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND IOWA
j NORTHERN RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF

SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
P BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreements dated March 14, 2005, for Federal Aid Grade
Crossing Surface Repair for construction of crossing at Foulk
Road in the amount of $47, 263 . 10, with city' s share of
C $10, 452 . 62, and crossing at E. Shaulis Road at a cost of
$,34, 844 . 72, with city' s share of $7, 968 . 94, by and between the
o Iowa Department of Transportation, the Iowa Northern Railroad,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
o`f- the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005.
