DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BUREAU OF JUSTICE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement for F.Y. 2005 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) in
E the amount of $102, 419. 00, with no required match, to be shared
siith Black Hawk County and the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, by and
between the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance,
