RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAMMATIC MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA STATE HISTORICAL
C'r < A3 SOCIETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
"' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Programmatic Memorandum of Understanding dated March 14,
2aD , for completion of historic review of properties within the
city, by and between Iowa State Historical Society of Des Moines,
:Ioiia, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
o of=the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
