NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
March 14, 2005, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
George and Donna Schaefer, 12037 Kimball Avenue, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
