RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
¢ NO. 2 WITH EARTH TECH, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
s AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
x MAYOR.
s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
{ that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated March 14, 2005, for
professional services at a cost of $57, 000 . 00, with local match of
$6, 840 . 00, in conjunction with final design and construction of
_- the U. S. 20/Ansborough Avenue Interchange Project, Contract No.
667, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
o City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
c the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
r Waterloo, Iowa.
