That the contract of VanHauen & Associates, Inc. of Clive, Iowa,
for F. Y. 2005 Garden Avenue Area Relief Sanitary Sewer, Contract
No. 684, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
Cit y: of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
