-SE 'IT- RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(A AS :FOLLOWS:
ti <- Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
(A shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of April, 2005, for the purpose
of'considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
right-7-of-way generally described as the Mulberry Street crossover
located west of the Franklin Street and Oak Avenue intersection,
and legally described as follows:
Morris Case Addition Northwest 40 feet Northeast 60
` .feet Lot 48, and that within Morris Case Addition
Southwest 29. 5 feet Northwest 66 feet Lot 48 Northeast
'20 . 5 feet Northwest 66 feet Lot 49, and that within
Morris Case Addition all Lot 49 except Northeast 20 . 5
feet, and that within Uriah Du Bois Addition Lot 1; and
that within Uriah Du Bois Addition Lot 2, and that
within Uriah Du Bois Addition Southeasterly Lot 3,
all within the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2005 .
