COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2005

.., WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
,hetofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
o proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
.Y. 2005 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5, and Trail Repairs,
'Gortract No. 689, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

t WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
Wpeifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005
Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5, and Trail Repairs, Contract No.
" which were preliminarily approved on February 28, 2005, and
r . WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
21, -2005.
H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
3gontract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone
, and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 689, in the City of Waterloo,be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 2005 .
