s < BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
s y That the bid of Harrison Truck Center of Elk Run Heights,
#aa, in the amount of $169, 130 . 00, for the purchase of Two Snow
Control Trucks with Related Equipment, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
Nsame being the lowest bid received for said work.

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
drip- rovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
'pprbved by the Council .
