"J s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Don' s Trucks of Fairbank, Iowa, in the
mount of $63, 615 . 00, for the purchase of One Chip Truck, after
s public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is

te::reby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
,c The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
,mprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
`v p}aroved by the Council .
