H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

-system at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, at a cost of
s $427 . 92 per month, by and between Communication Engineering
Company of Hiawatha, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
