-T. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release of Temporary Easement form dated March 21, 2005,
in ::conjunction with F. Y. 1996 Sunnyside Heights Area Street
s Impovements, Contract No. 504, be and the same is hereby
aRprxoved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
C o tthe City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 2005.
