DAYS TO HOLD ANNUAL MY WATERLOO DAYS,
INCLUDING PEOPLE IN THE PARK ON JUNE 2, 2005,
DANCIN' DOWNTOWN AND FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA

WHEREAS, the Executive Director of My Waterloo Days has made
written application to the City Council asking that they be
authorized and permitted to hold annual My Waterloo Days,
including People in the Park on June 2, 2005, Dancin' Downtown and
Fireworks Extravaganza on June 3, 2005, Fun Run and Children' s
Bika. Race on June 4, 2005, and Parade and People in the Park on
June (3:,- 2005, and
L-= '1WHEREAS, said parade route will begin on 4th Street and
Jefei'son Street to Mulberry Street and down 5th Street to Bluff
St,rcot .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to My Waterloo
Days to hold annual My Waterloo Days, including People in the Park
on June 2, 2005, Dancin' Downtown and Fireworks Extravaganza on
June 3, 2005, Fun Run and Children' s Bike Race on June 4, 2005,
and Parade and People in the Park on June 3, 2005, with parade
route to begin on 4th Street and Jefferson Street to Mulberry
Street and down 5th Street to Bluff Street, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2005 .
