RESOLUTION NO. 2005-244
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
H r SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2005
ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 688.
: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
' heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
' proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
c F. ',-� , 005 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 688, in the City
n' of W t;erloo, Iowa, and
, WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 688, which were preliminarily
approved on March 7, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
28= 2005 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Asphalt Overlay Program,
Contract No. 688, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2005 .
