re BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
re c �f, That the bid of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo,
101 , in the amount of $3, 032, 677 . 29, for the construction of the
(.4 F.Y: 2005 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 687,
tescribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
ttij_owest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
conntract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2005 .
