-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo,
a Iowa, for F. Y. 2005 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No.
ru 687, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
Q:f Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 28tn
cosy of March, 2005, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by North American
Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2005 .
