s OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that: the agreement dated March 28, 2005 for an OWI Prevention
GA grant in the amount of $17, 500 . 00, with no required city match,
to be used for overtime enforcement for alcohol-related traffic
problems, by and between Iowa Department of Public Safety,
Iowa
(A Governor' s Traffic Safety Bureau, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Fie=; and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
