RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE. CITY
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,^ th the agreement dated March 28, 2005 to establish a IOWA,
Consortium for Housing and Urban Development Home Investment
c Partnerships Program for the period beginning July 1, 2005 and
ending June 30, 2008, with automatic three year renewals, by and

Iowa.
