RESOLUTION NO. 2005-258
•s RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2005 RIGHT OF WAY
`0 O H MOWING.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the 2005 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and-
` WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
200 Right of Way Mowing, which were preliminarily approved on
March 21, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 4,
2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2005 Right of Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2005 .
