RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
2005 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-258, plans, specifications,
form of contract etc. , for the 2005 Right of Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
, ' is_ so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
bemade in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2005 .
