METAL DECKING
(MATERIALS ONLY) FOR 2005
s RIVERFRONT STADIUM RENOVATIONS AND

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
~ ;That the bid of Emmert of Marion, Iowa, in the amount of
T' $31, 462 . 27, for the construction of the Structural Steel and
Metal Decking (materials only) for the 2005 Riverfront Stadium
Renovations and Improvements Project, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2005 .
