.7 -DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
u, IOWA:
That the bid of Hawkeye Sheet Metal Co. of Waterloo,
c in - he amount of $46, 500 . 00, for the construction of the Metal
Rod-- -and Flashings for the 2005 Riverfront Stadium Renovations
a :Improvements Project, after public hearing on
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the samelished being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2005 .
