• BUILDERS AND SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
n F.Y. 2005 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 5,
, • AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 689, IN THE
s AMOUNT OF $82, 987 . 58 .
'" 2, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
g H ; `' That the bid of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
the amount of $82, 987 . 58, for the construction of the F. Y.
2005 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5, and Trail Repairs,
<, Contract No. 689, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
-earing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
-4 cepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
