U RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE
GOVERNOR' S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
=� DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• 'that the FFY 2005 Justice Assistance grant dated April 4, 2005, in
,the amount of $490, 045. 00, with city' s portion of $228, 993. 00, and
required city match of $68, 698 . 00, for funding of the Tri-County
ro Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between Governor' s Office of
Drug Control Policy, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
sane in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2005.
