SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 2005 US 218/11TH STREET
�� c, TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENT, CONTRACT NO. 671.
— WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
• Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
( specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
c etc, , for the F. Y. 2005 US 218/11th Street Traffic Safety
Tivrovement, Contract No. 671, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as

specified in the plans, and

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
:estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and-`preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
