BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that: the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Association to burn approximately 10
c1acres of prairie grass located near the soccer complex parallel to
c Ridgeway Avenue between DeWitt Road and Black Hawk Creek during
r` the week of April 11, 2005, be and the same is hereby approved.
