s t BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the 28E Agreement dated April 11, 2005, to provide parking

Black Hawk County, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
re the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
