RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
NORTHERN RAILROAD AND IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s ' SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 11, 2005, for railroad signal
c project at Mitchell Avenue Crossing, with total project cost of
c $110 , 000 . 00 and City' s cost of $5, 500 . 00 by and between Iowa
( , Northern Railroad, Iowa Department of Transportation and the City
c' of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2005 .
