RESOLUTION NO. 2005-300
.7= RESOLUTION APPROVING TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
H WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Termination of Agreement for design survey, preliminary
and final design and preparation of plans in conjunction with
Cedar River Bike Trail - E. 4th Street to 18th Street, Contract
Np.= 640 , by and between Earth Tech, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa and
the- ' City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved
R.
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of April , 2005 .
