RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MAXIM
TECHNOLOGIES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
F= ` AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that agreement dated April 11, 2005 in conjunction with Phase I -
<,1 Environmental Site Assessment for Lots 11 and 12 in MidPort
c- Amet.ica Park Plat No. 2 at a cost of $1, 750 . 00, by and between
Maxim Technologies, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
c execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of April, 2005 .
