BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that agreement dated April 11, 2005 in conjunction with Phase II
limited soil sampling of the Cedar Valley Plaza and Sports
c Recreation Zone at a cost of $1, 355 . 00, by and between Terracon
Consulting, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
w hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
c same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2005 .
